The Atlantic District in Gloucester, Virginia is seeking an genuine Insurance Agent who will be the face of our agency in the community. You will build lasting relationships with families and local business owners, guiding them through coverage options with empathy and clarity.

As a trusted consultant, you will analyze risks, explain policies in plain language, and work with a tight-knit team to deliver accurate, proactive service while staying current on industry changes that affect our clients.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience in consultative sales or client-facing insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain policy details in plain language.
• Experience with digital management tools and office software.
• Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with families and businesses in Gloucester.
