Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for client-facing roles.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets driving agency growth.
• Stay informed on product options and comply with regulatory standards.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals using a CRM system.
