Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Agent role based in Ann Arbor, MI, with flexibility for remote activities. The Insurance Agent will call prospects who filled out forms requesting help, understand their financial needs, explain life insurance options, and recommend appropriate products. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, managing applications, and following up to ensure policy issuance and client satisfaction. The role involves utilizing a CRM with a power-dialer, staying current on industry and product updates, and collaborating with the broader Pinnacle Life Group team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Agents are expected to uphold high ethical standards, provide responsive customer service, and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills (or willingness to develop them), including needs-based analysis, consultative selling, and closing client agreements.
• Ethical & Moral practices ONLY
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships.
• Active or attainable state life insurance license (living in US only) or willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-person meetings in Michigan or remote meetings in Discord, and remote client communication.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, plus strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required; training and support are provided.
