Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in CT.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Ability to mentor and guide a team toward goals.
• Strong understanding of risk management and commercial lines of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middletown office by fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
• Drive growth by developing and implementing sales strategies.
