Job summary

Farmers Agency Presidents Council Top 1% in Irvine, CA seeks a passionate, self-driven leader with 5+ years in insurance to grow the agency in new business, retention, and customer service. You will direct, organize, and deliver development programs across Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life insurance.

The role emphasizes attracting talent, coaching staff, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective quotes and presentations.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance license is required.
• Knowledgeable in life insurance and both personal and commercial lines of business.
• Drive to be successful and improve skills; goal oriented.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills; coachable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the agency in day-to-day operations.
• Help attract and hire new sales reps and CSRs.
• Facilitating daily and weekly sales builder sessions with staff to advance sales and product knowledge.
• Promoting daily, monthly and quarterly sales production and healthy competition.
• Meet monthly/quarterly new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospect for new business via referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Manage agency operations to deliver excellent customer service to every client.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations to new and existing clients.
• Analyze and resolve policy/account related questions from clients.
