Farmers Agency Presidents Council Top 1% in Irvine seeks a life insurance producer with a proven sales record and leadership drive. You will cross-sell to 300+ clients and manage hot leads from multiple sources, including social media.

You must hold a current P&C and Life/Health license, be goal-oriented and coachable, and consistently hit monthly production targets through effective presentations and follow-up with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a current verifiable sales record for life insurance by policy type and month-by-month for the last 12 months.
• Experience selling Term, whole life, universal life, and indexed universal life.
• Must have licensed property & casualty and life/health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell to existing customers and handle hot leads from social media and other sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
• Meet monthly and quarterly new business production goals.
• Prospect for new business from referrals, networking, marketing and databases.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and handle policy questions.
