Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Coordinator to prospect and meet with customers, selling Insurance products within a defined area. The role includes identifying and appointing independent agents, supporting sales calls, and assisting with business setup with new agents.

The AC will train and accompany agents, develop a solid understanding of the sales process, and help meet sales goals. Licensing in Life/Accident/Health is required prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Must develop new customers via field prospecting, referrals and direct contact.
• Build and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet production targets as defined by the Agency.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting and referrals.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards.
