Farmers Insurance in Madison, WI offers an Agency Development pathway designed to train future insurance professionals and business leaders. You will receive hands-on coaching, access to industry systems, and a clear route to leadership within Farmers’ agency network.

The program provides paid licensing support, a base salary with bonus opportunities, and early exposure to marketing, leadership, and growth strategies, all while working a Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions clearly.

Mansioni

• Obtain Property & Casualty License through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
