What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping customers with policy updates and questions
  • Answering and making calls (you’ve gotta like people!)
  • Providing new customer quotes
  • Issuing proof of coverage
  • Drafting emails that are clear and kind
  • Mailing thank-you cards and policy docs (yes, snail mail still matters!)
  • Filing claims and verifying coverage
  • Logging service tasks and opportunities—because details matter
