Evolve Insurance Solutions is looking for our next Part-Time Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative in our Janesville, WI office! (Mondays and Fridays from 9-5pm)

We are based in Stoughton and have a second location Janesville. We were founded on the basis that our lives are ever changing and we want to grow to help protect what you love. Our Agency’s goal is to provide the best service, price, and coverage for your money. We are 100% veteran owned and our door is open to everyone!

Responsibilities Include

• Customer policy changes
• Answering and making phone calls
• New customer quoting
• Issuing proof of coverage
• Composing e-mails
• Mailing out thank you cards and policy documents
• Filing Claims
• Verifying Coverage
