Job summary

Tropolis Holdings, LLC is seeking a driven Account Executive (Producer) to generate new business and grow a profitable book across commercial and personal lines. You will source opportunities, close deals, and own client outcomes with support from internal teams.

In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, understand risk exposures, and drive retention and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven success in insurance sales, business development, or producer roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability for results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Active insurance license required, or ability to obtain promptly if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across commercial and personal lines.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships by understanding risk exposures and recommending insurances.
• Partner with account management to ensure onboarding and high-quality ongoing client service.
• Drive profitable growth with focus on client segments and underwriting discipline.
• Maintain marketplace presence and represent Tropolis professionally in the community.
• Support renewal strategy, client retention, and cross-sell opportunities within the book.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on carrier appetite and industry changes affecting clients.
