Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or customer service.
• Strong calendar management and follow-through.

• Familiarity with agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals and families through selecting insurance coverage that fits their life circumstances.
• Evaluate existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend adjustments.
