You will build real relationships with clients, guide them through quotes, and convert opportunities into bindable business. You will manage a sales pipeline, meet activity goals, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with the team on campaigns and renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing.
• Strong phone communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience documenting customer interactions in a CRM/agency system.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high follow-up activity.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with home/auto quotes via phone/text/email; convert to bound business.
• Recapture lost opportunities; re-quote and present updated options.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend multi-line solutions.
• Generate leads through community outreach and turn them into quoting opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotes; explain coverages and pricing clearly; guide next steps.
