Job summary
Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA is seeking qualified RN Supervisors / RN Clinical Care Coordinators for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 20-bed Short Term Rehabilitation Center. This role supports residents with leadership and direct care as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications
- PA RN license required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- At least 1 year of supervisory nursing leadership experience.
- Commitment to resident-focused care and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to train and guide nurses and CNAs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in skilled nursing and rehab units.
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing and physicians to update care plans.
- Monitor residents' care needs and ensure safety and quality.
- Provide direct patient care when required and mentor junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and HIPAA regulations.
