Job summary

HUB International in Denver is seeking an Insurance Administration professional to issue Certificates of Insurance, process endorsements and manage policy documents. You will enter coverage details into the broker system and prepare proposals for clients, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely loss-run requests.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of agency insurance experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issuing Certificates of Insurance.
• Processing endorsements.
• Issuing Auto ID cards.
• Assembling/downloading policy documents.
• Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management system.
• Preparing proposal documents.
• Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcile.
• Requesting loss runs from carriers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning.
• Complete data entry as needed.
• Manage other administration tasks as needed.
