Investigates and evaluates claims for completeness, determines appropriate next steps, processes payments, and communicates claim decisions and settlements to customers. Collaborates with internal resources to resolve claim-related issues and escalates complex coverage, liability, or damage disputes as needed. Employees must successfully pass the required licensing examination within a designated number of attempts and become licensed in all applicable states. Allcat will provide study materials and a training environment to support licensing requirements.* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, customer contact, or related experience.* Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.* Computer literate in a Windows operating environment.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes, systems, and business needs.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.* Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and procedures.* Ability to handle routine responsibilities while remaining flexible and responsive to changing priorities.## ## Preferred Qualifications* Associate's or Bachelor's degree.* Active Adjuster License.* Prior claims adjusting, investigation, or claims resolution experience.* Experience handling Property & Casualty insurance claims.* Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, claims handling practices, and applicable state regulations.* Experience using claims management systems and industry-related software.* Two or more years of customer service experience.* Prior military experience. ## Training RequirementsEmployees attending training are expected to meet Allcat's established standards for performance, attendance, and conduct.
