Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers, support renewal processes, and analyze coverage needs.

You’ll work with the Producer and Marketing Account Executive, participate in meetings, and stay current on products and regulatory changes. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Strong client relations skills; including excellent communication skills and service orientation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships.
• Assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients; provide analysis and recommendation of coverage needs.
• Prepare and deliver forms to clients; arrange meetings and attend carrier meetings.
• Stay up-to-date on products and legislative changes and participate in other projects as needed.
