Qualifications

• Experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• Insurance industry experience or active license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Process and sort daily incoming mail; prepare outgoing shipments.
• Manage office supplies inventory and order replenishments.
• Oversee copier/printer operations and coordinate service calls with vendors.
• Provide front‑office and administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with issuing Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and data entry in carrier portals.
