Ryan Specialty in the United States seeks an Account Executive to assist the Broker team in executing trades, managing accounts, and navigating regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic insights to clients, supporting new business and renewal submissions.

You will review policy documents and invoices, build broker relationships, drive renewals, and help generate reports to inform portfolio trends while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Sales or Risk Management preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Licenses: state P&C and/or surplus line; CISR/CIL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares accounts for new business and renewal processes under broker guidance.
• Supports market submissions and writes cover letters for agents.
• Builds broker relationships and supports brokerage operations.
• Assists in renewals and solicits new business through referrals.
• Develops new business strategies with proposals and presentations.
• Evaluates risks and ensures compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Ensures data accuracy in internal systems and documents.
