Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day servicing and renewal lifecycle of client accounts, including policy submissions, renewals, endorsements, and client support.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, with training provided by senior leadership and opportunities to work with Titan and other brokerage systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance, with client accounts.
• Experience with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts.
• Support account submissions, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Issue insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and client account records.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams for coverage placement
