Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, seeks an Account Executive to support broker teams in executing trades, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll assist in new business and renewals, review policy documents, and coordinate with internal groups to deliver accurate client service.

Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year in the insurance industry and a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors: Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accounts for new business and renewal process as directed by the broker.
• Supports the broker in market submissions and review of documents for accuracy.
• Builds relationships with brokers and supports brokerage operations.
• Collaborates with broker to drive renewals and solicit new business.
• Prepares new business strategies including proposals and presentations for opportunities.
• Evaluates and mitigates risks and ensures adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Ensures data accuracy in internal systems and produces required documentation.
• Generates reports on performance and portfolio trends for the broker.
