Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated client service professional to join an account service team. You will service existing accounts and support Producers in renewal activities, coordinating applications, exposure workbooks, and client communications.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid insurance license and continuing education are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years related work experience.
• Valid insurance license and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.
• Requests renewal information such as applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals.
• Reviews client accounting history and responds to inquiries.
• May participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Gathers information for applications.
• Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.
• Researches information from underwriters.
• Composes correspondence to insured and/or underwriters.
• Prepares draft certificate templates for review.
• Analyzes certificate requests and ensures client needs are met.
• Inputs applications and creates letters and other forms.
• Maintains data integrity in agency management system.
• Performs duties per policies and laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
