Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a diligent account service professional to support Producers and service existing accounts. You will prepare renewal materials, review quotes, collect renewal information, and assist with client meetings to ensure accurate coverage and timely communications.

Mainly office-based in a client service role, you will manage applications, certificates, and data entry while upholding compliance and quality standards. A valid insurance license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License required.
• Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for proposals.
• Requests information related to renewals (applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals).
• Reviews client accounting history and responds to inquiries.
• May participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Gathers information for applications and prepares presentations.
• Researches information from underwriters and composes correspondence.
• Prepares draft certificate templates and analyzes certificate requests.
• Inputs applications and maintains data integrity in the agency system.
• Performs duties in line with company policies and laws.
