Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an account service professional to join a client-focused team in a fast-growing firm. You will support Producers by servicing existing accounts and preparing renewal-related materials.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication across internal teams and clients. A valid insurance license and CE compliance are required, with proficiency in MS Office essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and continuing education requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exposure workbook and applications for client pre renewals.
• Assists Service team in reviewing and comparing quotes for Proposals.
• Requests information for renewals: applications, exposure workbooks, safety manuals.
• Reviews client accounting history and handles inquiries.
• Gathers information for applications and renewals.
• Prepares presentations and proposals for clients.
• Researches information from underwriters and drafts correspondence.
• Maintains agency management system data accuracy.
