Celia Sandoval’s State Farm Agency in Roswell, GA is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to help customers assess needs, build coverage plans, and grow long-term trust through consultative sales. Licensing support is provided, with opportunities to advance within the agency.

Position offers a base salary plus commission, with an OTE range in the mid five figures and a clear path to Senior Producer and Team Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Georgia Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license OR strong commitment to obtain both within 30 days of hire (we’ll support you)
• Track record of hitting goals in sales or competitive settings
• Excellent communication skills—clear, warm, professional in writing and speech
• Comfort with technology: CRM tools, quoting software, email, and calendar apps

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Base + Commission $32,000-$42,000 base salary + 3-12% commission on new policies
• Year 1 OTE $45,000-$75,000 depending on your performance
• Compensation Range $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Licensing & Support

• Licensing support We cover exam fees and study materials
• Bonus $300 study stipend toward licensing, with full reimbursement of licensing costs upon completion.

About the Role

Requirements

• Georgia Property & Casualty license AND Life & Health license
  • OR a strong commitment to obtain both within 30 days of hire (we’ll support you)
• A track record of hitting goals—in sales, service, athletics, or any competitive environment
• Excellent communication skills—clear, warm, and professional in person and in writing
• Comfort with technology CRM tools, quoting software, email, and calendar apps

Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
