Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent in Roswell, GA is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the office through customer relations, and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments.

You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits including health, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master's degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow.

Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We're very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year. We also participate in local marketing and community events, giving our team opportunities to build relationships with the people we serve.
