Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Property and Casualty License/Personal License required
• State Farm Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with a strong phone presence and experience required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday
• Detailed Background Check required
• Ability to identify customer needs using a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to perform insurance risk review with customers
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify needs and market and sell appropriate products and services
• Complete an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history
