Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Join our team as an Insurance Account Representative for Renita Prevot State Farm. You will be vital to the agency’s daily operations and customers’ success. No sales experience is required, as we provide extensive hands‑on training to help you grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Create relationships and handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Maintain knowledge of new products

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Ability to answer prospective clients’ questions efficiently and effectively
