We value teamwork, customer service and a sales mindset. The role offers regular hours (8:30-5:00 M/W/F; 9:00-5:30 T/Th; one Saturday per month), base pay with commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
