As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary‑Beth Burgess – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
• Work hours: 8:30‑5:00 AM/PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 9:00‑5:30 AM/PM Tuesday, Thursday; one Saturday a month 10:00‑2:00 PM.
