Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service focusing on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
