You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and market State Farm products while building lasting relationships with clients who rely on personalized service. This role emphasizes customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred and helpful.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Ability to relate to customers effectively and build trust.
• Property & Casualty license held or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
