State Farm Brownsburg agency is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to generate new insurance business in a 100% in-office role. No prior insurance experience is required as licensing is supported and trained on the job.

Earning Potential:

Years 1–2: $45,000–$55,000+ annually

Years 2–3+: $55,000–$70,000+ annually

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is generating new insurance business.

• Contact and follow up with provided leads daily.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes for Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance.
• Confidently ask for the sale, handle objections, and follow up consistently.

This is a sales-first position. Success requires consistent, daily outbound calling and follow-up according to the agency process.

Licensing Requirements

• Must currently hold or be willing and able to obtain 2 insurance licenses: the Indiana Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• We provide licensing support and training for motivated candidates who join unlicensed.

This is a 100% in-office position. Reliable attendance and the ability to consistently commute to our Brownsburg office are essential. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor Agent and not with State Farm Companies. State Farm agents hire their own employees and are responsible for all training and licensing requirements for State Farm agent team members.
