Job summary

Ross Lisee Agency in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and marketing of State Farm products. You will help develop leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include establishing customer connections, handling inquiries on policy changes, claims, and billing, and delivering prompt, friendly service. A Property & Casualty license is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Sales experience across outside/inside/retail or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Dedicated to excellent customer service and ability to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
