State Farm Agent in Charleston, SC is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through proactive customer relations and targeted product marketing. You will serve as a liaison between customers and agency departments, driving satisfaction and retention.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service while leveraging State Farm products to meet client needs. Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
