Job summary

Lenita Graves Insurance Agency is seeking an Account Representative to drive customer relationships and agency growth. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market State Farm insurance products and services to meet those needs.

You’ll establish lasting customer relations, provide prompt, accurate service on inquiries about eligibility, coverages, policies, billing, and claims, and collaborate with department colleagues to deliver friendly, reliable support

Qualifications

Experience in sales preferred.
Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Dedicated to customer service.
Able to anticipate customer needs.
Able to relate to customers.
Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
