Job summary

Lockton is seeking an entry-to-mid level Client Services professional in Tampa, FL to support routine inquiries and assist with policy renewals and communications. You will prepare correspondence, liaise with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with senior staff to handle complex inquiries and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Up to three years of Client services experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to routine Client’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions.
• Prepares written correspondence and makes telephone calls to underwriters as requested by senior staff.
• Reviews and processes policies and endorsements for accuracy of coverage, policy, content, and form completion.
• Assists in the renewal process by requesting and gathering enrollment, volume, benefit summary reports.
• Helps produces employee communications such as newsletter, bulletins, overhead presentations as requested by senior staff.
