Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking an experienced insurance professional in Tampa to support client service and renewal activities for personal property and casualty accounts. The role focuses on evaluating exposures, renewals, and coverage recommendations while coordinating billing and document accuracy.

You will maintain client details in EPIC, process renewals and endorsements, and prepare communications to clients and carriers using standard templates and forms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel and Word; comfortable with templates and forms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Transact agency billing (where applicable).
• Obtain signed binding notices and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
