ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and aggressive Property and Casualty Sales Specialist to join our team at John McGee State Farm located in Medina, OH just off the square. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a strong sales drive and a proven track record in frontline sales. This is not a position suited for someone who waits for business to walk through the door. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has the ability to prospect and cultivate a strong and growing referral network. Key Responsibilities

• Heavy prospecting to drive new business growth
• Develop and maintain a robust referral network
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Collaborate effectively as part of a small, dedicated sales team
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals consistently
• Limited existing customer service responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience working in an environment with weekly and monthly sales goals and willingness to perform in such a setting

• Total compensation forecasted between $40,000 and $70,000 annually
• Retirement plan with company match available after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period
• Paid time off the first year after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period
• Paid licensing if applicable
