Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Administrator in Irvine, CA to support Account Executives in marketing and servicing clients within the account team. You will lead the renewals process, oversee underwriting, and build strong client relationships while answering basic insurance questions and managing multiple tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of insurance experience, hold a Property & Casualty license, and are proficient with MS Office and AMS/Applied/Epic platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance experience in an account team.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AMS / Applied / Epic or ability to learn.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients.
• Lead renewals by overseeing underwriting, account executives, and clients to ensure the process is moving smoothly and on time.
• Build relationships with clients and have the ability to answer basic insurance questions.
• Maintain appropriate business contact with client.
• Assist with issuing insurance binders.
• Process invoices for both new and renewal policies.
• Update the AMS/Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term.
• Complete surplus lines filings.
• Complete preliminary policy checking for all accounts and submit change requests to the underwriter.
• Renew binder extensions.
• Follow up on open activities.
• Obtain premium finance quotes.
• Obtain flood zone determinations and NFIP quotes where applicable.
• Complete proposals for clients or collaborate with Account Executives on client proposals.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.
