Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community networking.

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life policies.
• Market insurance products to warm and cold prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Oversee resolution of complex customer issues with a sales-first mindset.
• Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results to exceed targets.
