Emily Nowlin - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency through strong customer relationships, and act as a liaison between client needs and agency teams. You will use knowledge of our insurance products to advise clients, conduct policy reviews, and drive retention and growth.

Formación

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
