As a sociable, sales-minded professional, you will manage daily leads, nurture client relationships to boost retention, conduct policy reviews, resolve complex issues, and use product knowledge to explain and upsell coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily leads, contact prospective clients, assess needs, present options, and secure enrollment.
• Maintain a daily prospective client pipeline with timely follow-up by phone, email, and text.
• Build and sustain relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Review policies and suggest appropriate recommendations.
• Resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Leverage product knowledge to explain, recommend, and upsell to cold and warm leads.
