Responsibilities

• Retain existing client accounts and improve renewal strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell during client interactions.
• Generate quotes for renewals, remarkets, life events, and exposures.
• Process ACORD forms, COIs, endorsements, and policy changes accurately.
• Ensure 100% documentation accuracy and timely payments.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests within standards.
• Maintain compliance with agency workflows and quality standards.
• Solicit Google Reviews aligned with agency standards.
• Support agency growth objectives with performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team and management as needed.
