CBIZ is seeking a client services professional to manage an assigned block of insurance accounts. You will serve as the primary contact, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services and enrollment support.

The role requires 3–5 years in insurance customer service, valid licenses, and strong verbal/written communication skills. Travel may be required to meet client needs and support renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Must maintain current licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide service delivery to an assigned block of clients.
• Resolve moderately complex customer service problems directly.
• Act as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts with direct client contact.
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service delivery.
• Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions to implement client systems and address needs.
