Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. seeks a dedicated client service professional to provide service delivery for an assigned block of clients in the insurance space.

You will handle moderately complex issues directly and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service. You will build relationships with employer and group clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure enrollment and communication with vendors and carriers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to work with employer/group clients and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery to an assigned block of clients.
• Resolve moderately complex customer service problems directly.
• Act as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts with direct client contact.
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.
• Escalate client concerns when appropriate.
• Assist client services management in conducting client meetings as needed.
• Inputs data into appropriate software for vendors/carriers/clients within required timeframe.
