Qualifications

• Proficiency with Applied Epic, MS Office and Adobe Pro systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage service needs.
• Coordinate client services, including claims reviews and renewals.
• Analyze client risk profiles and develop marketing strategy with team.
• Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and proposals.
• Maintain carrier relationships and collaborate on renewal strategies.
• Conduct client presentations and ensure high levels of service.
• Provide training and oversight to Account Associates.
• Maintain insurance license and CE requirements.
