American Global is seeking an Account Manager to join our Insurance team in Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC. You will manage day-to-day client contact, coordinate services, and analyze risk to develop marketing strategies with the team.

The role involves reviewing policies, endorsements, and renewals, building carrier relationships, and presenting solutions to clients. Requires strong communication and industry knowledge; comprehensive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing client needs.
• Attention to detail in client documents and endorsements.
• Problem solving and professional written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic, MS Office and Adobe Pro systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage service needs.
• Coordinate client services, including claims reviews and renewals.
• Analyze client risk profiles and develop marketing strategy with team.
• Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and proposals.
• Maintain carrier relationships and collaborate on renewal strategies.
• Conduct client presentations and ensure high levels of service.
• Provide training and oversight to Account Associates.
• Maintain insurance license and CE requirements.
