Job summary

Varney Agency is seeking motivated Personal Lines or Commercial Lines licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team in Farmington, Maine. In this in-office role, you will build and maintain client relationships, assess client needs, and review policies to ensure optimal coverage for each client.

You will work closely with a collaborative team, handling inquiries, processing endorsements, and supporting premium payments while maintaining accurate records in our CMS.

Qualifications

• Maine Property & Casualty License or equivalent insurance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CMS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Review and update client policies as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
• Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.

As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to assure they have the best coverage. This is an in-office position in the Farmington, Maine location.
