Job summary

Lotfey Dennett Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an established book of personal insurance clients and deliver top-tier service. You will work with carriers to tailor coverage and collaborate with producers to ensure an outstanding client experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of Personal Lines experience, an active P&C license (or ability to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency is desired.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established book of personal insurance clients and build long-term relationships.
• Provide service by phone, email, and in person.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews.
• Work with multiple carriers to deliver best solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve client protection through recommendations.
• Collaborate with producers and teammates for an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize Applied Epic and carrier systems to manage client accounts.

What You'll Do

• Manage an established book of personal insurance clients while building long-term relationships.

• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through thoughtful coverage recommendations and cross-selling.

• Utilize Applied Epic and carrier systems to efficiently manage client accounts.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
• Experience working within an independent insurance agency
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
