Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to grow a personal client base and expand our network through real estate and mortgage referrals. You will assess clients' insurance needs, compare options across a broad carrier portfolio, and deliver customized solutions that mitigate household risk.

We provide extensive training, licensing support, and a strong commission structure with a first-year on-target earnings around $100K+.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Licensing exam, licensing, and Goosehead training program required.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
